Hello my dear readers! I miss you and am sad that I don't have the time like I used to to post here on Belle Maison. But I'm checking in when I can and hope to get more posts up and running in the near future. What would you like to see more of or learn more about? I'd love to hear your thoughts and ideas!
Now, on to the big news...I'm going to be a mommy again! I'm 14 weeks along and due on August 21st. It's very exciting and a little scary that I'll be the mother of 2 by the end of summer, but I'm up for the challenge :) My son Luke is 21 months now and will be 28 months when the baby is born. I've been battling the first trimester exhaustion but am finally coming out of it (barely). I haven't been sick at all, which is a blessing! Are any of you expecting too? Or do any of you have 2 small children and any advice?! I'll need all I can get. Here's a picture of baby Thigpen from my 9 week ultrasound. Babies are such a miracle and blessing from God and I pray that he takes great care of this little bundle as it continues to grow and develop over the next several months. Thank you for letting me share my special news with you!
Congratulations! So exciting H x

congrats Julie. I am 11 weeks pregnant with my first child and have been so sick since week 6 and mostly just been at home, so I'm hoping that by week 14 I'll feel a lot better and can start enjoying it more. Everything is so exiting. Can't wait to hear more about your pregnancy as the weeks go by.

So cute! Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!! I am a mom to a three year old and a one year old. My best advice to survive the first year is create a routine that works for both and if something makes your day easier, do it!! It didn't get challenging until the baby learned to sit up and crawl. I wish I had used a playpen looking back. Enjoy, it goes by so fast!! Congrats again :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!! Exciting news!
