Open Submissions: Belle Maison Reader Home Tours

Do you have a home or a room in your house that you are proud of? Or have you re-purposed a piece of furniture or old lamp that you'd love to share? Maybe you have some amazing before & after shots to wow us with? Or perhaps you've purchased something from my online store that you love? If you have a personal project that you'd like to have featured on Belle Maison, I'd like to invite you to submit what you have for a chance to have it published on my blog!

Just a few submission guidelines: {1} the project must be designed by you; {2} photographs must be taken with natural light (no flash please- it ruins the photos!); {3} Please email all submissions to julie[at]modernchichome[dot]com, with the title: Blog Submission. Be sure to include the photos you'd like reviewed as separate jpeg attachments, and a quick description of what the project is about. PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately, not all submissions will be accepted and published, but don't let that stop you :) I look forward to seeing your amazing homes!

      Hi Kate! I pulled that photo from the archives on my computer and I cannot remember where it came from! Anyone recognize it? I'll let you know if I figure it out. So sorry!

    oh, my goodness! i'm so excited that you are doing this!... partly because it was my suggestion to you when you asked us for input back in january in your "belle maison wants to hear from you" post! but also, because i have the perfect thing that i would like to submit... a room i designed completely on my own from start to finish! eeek! i'm excited! i was going to blog about this room anyway, so i already have the photos! now i just have to get them organized and posted to my blog. then i will e-mail the link, as sending all the photos would probably be too large. thanks so much for doing this and letting us get involved!!

    and i like how you incorporated the idea of letting readers show how they have used products from modern chic home in their homes. can't wait to see what others did! {and some day, you'll have to share some of your own interior designs from your abode! i'm sure they are lovely!}
