DIY Snapshot: Ornate Framed Chalkboard / Dinner Menu

I came across this beautiful gold framed chalkboard via HGTV.com and thought it was a great DIY project idea to share with you! With Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's right around the corner, a "fancy" chalkboard is a fantastic way to introduce the evening's menu to your dinner guests. And when you're not hosting a soiree, it doubles as a place to write reminders, notes, etc. for everyday things. Click here for instructions on how to tackle this project yourself. Cheers!

    I just made my chalkboard frame this morning with my son...too funny you posted one. I just love the use of chalkboard paint. Especially in a nursery or kids room.
