Travel Destination: La Cabane en l'Air
Looking for a unique getaway? How about spending a couple of days in a cozy bungalow, nestled in the treetops of France? If you answered yes, then maybe you should consider renting an Air Cabin, with over 100 locations to choose from throughout France! Described on the website as "a lifestyle rooted in respect for the environment and passion for trees. Each of our cabins is an original creation." They offer cabins 5,10, 16 or 21 feet above ground, which is great for anyone afraid of heights :) I know this may not be a very glamorous vacation, but what a wonderful way to escape from everything for a couple of days - no phone, no TV, no distractions...just nature, maybe a good book, a few bottles of great wine, and quality time with your significant other or family. What do you think of this concept? Would you ever consider a weekend getaway living in a tree house?
