Where the Beautiful People Bowl
A fancy bowling alley? That's right people! The High Rollers Luxury Lanes and Lounge takes the very unglamorous game of bowling to a whole new level. This gorgeous venue boasts oversized avant-garde chandeliers, dark wood floors, plush seating, flocked wallpaper, sleek marble and lush carpeting...definitely a step up from your local bowling joint, right?! I could picture myself with a group of friends on a Saturday night, bowling in a cute little cocktail dress while sipping a dirty martini...well, I don't know about the cocktail dress part, although I'm sure you could get away with wearing sequins and bowling shoes at this place. Anyway, enjoy the gallery of photos and click here to see even more of this beautiful venue. What do are your thoughts on the interior design, the overall concept, etc? Have any of you ever been? (It's located in Mashantucket, CT at Foxwoods Resort Casino).

Wowza, that's amazing! Hopefully all that glamour also means the shoes smell ok!!
ReplyDeleteWow! I am speechless ~~
ReplyDeleteI don;t even like bowling and that looks like so much fun. maybe it's the hollywood throw back design or how clean it looks, but either way I would sooo go there!
ReplyDeletesuper cool design, but it's super unusual that it is a bowling alley. I'm just not sure what to think about that. I'm not a huge bowler, but I would definitely go there to bowl to experience it!
ReplyDeleteThanks for making me think today!

I am NOT a bowler by any means but I'd totally bowl there - that is assuming I'd get an invite there.

ReplyDeleteInitially I was thinking "bowling is all about the greasy pizza and plastic cups, bring on the smelly carpets" but one look through these pictures has me singing a different tune! I would defiantly work this into my regular weekend schedule!

ReplyDeleteAmazing! I haven't stepped foot in a hotel this nice, much less a bowling alley! Disappointed that the bowling shoes aren't, like, Jimmy Choos, but I'm sure I could deal.
