Last Day as a Twenty-Something + Another Giveaway!
Well, today is officially the last day in my twenties! I'm writing this late Thursday night, while I'm gulping down my 3rd glass of champagne and 3rd piece of pizza...my, oh my, has the time flown by. I'll be celebrating the my 30th tomorrow night with my husband and tons of our closest friends at a swanky Hollywood hot spot, sipping cocktails and dancing the night away (I love to dance!!!!). This has been a big week for me! My 1-year birthday as a business owner + 30th b-day. To continue the celebration, I'm giving away (2) $50 gift certificates to my online store, Modern Chic Home, to two lucky winners! All you have to do is leave a comment about my shop (what you love and/or what you'd like to see more of) and that's it! You can also enter to win this Trina Turk Accent Rug from Wednesday's post. I LOVE your blog and your store! HAPPY 30th! Enjoy! I love the mirrors especially in your store! I would LOVE to see more lighting and rugs in your store as that is one area of designing my own house that I want to be unique!

ReplyDeleteI remember being in the 4th grade and having to write an essay about where we wanted to be in life when we were 30. For some reason I assumed I would have a few kids. 30 seemed so old when I was 10!

Firstly, happy birthday!! You'll love your 30s- they've been great for me so far:) Congrats on the store as well- very exciting. My favourite thing is the gorgeous organe marilyn chairs- I used them in a bedroom mood board I just posted on my blog- love those chairs like crazy. I also love your selecting of bold and bright pillows. The orange ababesque rug is also a favourite and I would like to see even more like it.

I LOVE your shop & style! Have recently added your equally fabulous blog into my circulation of morning reading. I personally love the chandelier shower curtain, rain boots umbrella stand, and the beautiful scroll and chandelier wall paper! I also adore too many of the wall pieces to list! Keep up the creative work! Would love to see more of everything!

I absolutely adore your shop! I have only recently found your blog, but I check it constantly because everything you post I LOVE! I love when you post the quotes :) I love everything in your shop, but the pillows are all super cute! I also love the mini gold chandelier a lot! The wall decor burlap images are also awesome and reasonable for my budget, they would look good in my brand new apartment that is so bare right now! Happy Birthday and congratulations on all your success! You are a true example of making your dreams come true by following your heart and soul and I hope I can accomplish as much as you have by the time I'm 30!
