Statement Stripes
Oh, how I love stripes! Striped fabrics, pillows, paintings, rugs, and most of all, striped walls. They add a touch of drama to any room and create an instant "wow" factor. And the combinations are endless - contrasting stripes, subtle stripes, wide or skinny stripes, horizontal or vertical stripes...and so on! If you're looking to liven things up in your decor, a striped wall may be just what you need. How do you feel about stripes? ReplyDeleteRight now I am loving zebra accents, and also lusting after a black and white striped upholstered bench for my dining room table. That picture above inspired me to go for it!

I love stripes. Made a mistake once used a sage and brown swade wallpaper. After 3 months I felt like a prisoner. Only do one wall.

Wonderful photos!! I'm a big stripe person too-always seems they add just the right touch...
ReplyDeleteReally nice - I particularly like the stripes in grey, beige and pink! Though they're nice to look at, I'm not sure I would actually put stripes on my own walls!

I love stripes, especially the wide ones - they feel much more current. That pink room is gorgeous and I'd love to have my own little spot that I could do that to - even a closet would be a fun surprise :)
