I made a trip to LA a few months ago to a couple design stores that carry some really unique items; mostly imported, rustic and one-of-a-kind. One store was out of a giant warehouse where furniture, accessories and unique finds were stacked all over the place! I spent a long time just trying to take it all in! Here are a few photos of items that really caught my eye.
The antique hand painted buffet was so beautiful! I loved the soft green color. Displayed in an open cabinet were lovely porcelain vases in all shapes and sizes. I thought the large painted drums would make a great table base with a round glass top or super cool accent tables.
Red drums, more vases, stacks of hand carved wood bowls and lacquered boxes - all were wonderful treasures that would look fantastic in the right space. I really enjoy incorporating imported, rustic or antique accents in my designs.
